This is a conversation that has helped me navigate the many ups and downs of being a performer, husband, son, brother, friend, and human.
It’s called “Authentic to the Core” and it can take place over a weekend, a month, or a few months. It includes an introductory course plus follow-up conversations to help embody the principles and discoveries made in the first course.
Have you ever thought about why you naturally gravitate towards certain music, stories, careers, ways of being, or responses to conflict/stress… when other people gravitate to entirely different things and ways of living. Obviously being different people with different experiences and backgrounds is the simple answer. What if, however, these things were less of a reflection of how you were raised and what you were exposed to… and more a reflection of a deeper truth about who you are. Your essence. Your personal superpower. The driving force of your life that has always been with you, even as a child. The reason you’re here. Who you can’t help but be. The gift you bring to the world. The gift you are to the world.
